Library Hall is located on the first floor of the Central Library.
It can be used for lectures, research meetings, seminars, and other events for up to 100 participants.
Please note that the hall is not available from April to May due to library-sponsored events.
¡ôAbout the Air Conditioning System
As the air conditioning system is centrally controlled, so individual temperature settings preferences are not available.
During the summer months, the air conditioning may be less effective, and the room might be quite warm. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding that when making a reservation.

Available Hours
On Central Library open days, access is available from 15 minutes after opening until 15 minutes before closing.
Please note that the usage time includes the time required for setup and cleanup.

Facilities
The following facilities are available. If you require an explanation, please make a reservation in advance and confirm during the designated hours: weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:45.
¡ùOn the day of the event, the staff in charge may be absent. (On weekends, staff are not available, so only key handover is possible.)
If you require explanations about the equipment, please be sure to confirm in advance.
Please prepare any items not listed below on your own.
- Tables (seating for 3): 4 columns ¡Á 10 rows, Chairs: 120, Extra chairs: approx. 50
- Projector, Screen, Whiteboard, 3 wireless microphones, 2 wired microphones, 1 clip-on microphone, Laser pointer, HDMI cable, 1 standing signboard
- HINET (Wi-Fi and wired LAN), eduroam
¡ùPlease note that the projector, screen, and whiteboard are fixed at the front of the hall and cannot be moved.
¡ùThe connectors do not support Mac computers. Please prepare an adapter or other device that enables HDMI connection.
¡ùPlease make sure to prepare any items not listed above on your own.
Usage Fee
Usage fees may be charged depending on the user category and the intended purpose of use.
If the use corresponds to Purpose 1 or 2 as stated above, it is regarded as use in accordance with the facility¡¯s original purpose; thus, exempt from any fees.
If the use corresponds to Purpose 3 or 4, it will be treated as a temporary rental of the facility, and a usage fee will be charged accordingly.

We do not accept reservations or provide availability information through phone call.
You can check the reservation status , but please note that updates may take some time to be reflected.
¡ùReservations for this fiscal year begins on April 1.
Reservations for the next fiscal year will begin on weekdays after April 1 (from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00), following the start of the new fiscal year.
If the use corresponds to Purpose 1 or 2: Free of charge
Please submit the Âé¶¹AV Library Hall Usage Application Form (Form 1), along with materials that clearly outline the details of your event, to the designated contact address no later than one week prior to your desired date of use.
If your application is approved, the relevant department will notify you accordingly.

If the use corresponds to Purpose 3 or 4: Usage fees apply
Please submit the "Âé¶¹AV Facility Temporary Use Application Form" (Form 2-2) with official seal and materials outlining the event details via email at least one month prior to your desired usage date. Once you receive a reply, please submit the original documents by mail (internal university mail system) to the contact address.
If usage is approved, the relevant department will mail you the "Âé¶¹AV Facility Use Permit (Invoice)." The usage permit becomes finalized once payment of the usage fee is completed by the payment deadline through bank transfer.

Library Hall Usage Guidelines
- The facility may only be used for the approved purpose specified in your application.
- Strictly adhere to the approved date and time of use.
- Staff assistance is available only on weekdays from 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00.
- Eating, drinking (except beverages in sealable containers), smoking, and mobile phone use are prohibited inside the Library Hall.
- After use, return all moved furniture and equipment to their original locations.
- Clean and organize the space after use, and take all trash with you.
- Turn off lights and lock all doors when leaving.
- The university library may modify usage conditions or suspend use if urgent needs arise.

Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of your usage permit or restrictions on future use.
Please follow all staff instructions regarding facility use.
