同賞は、第12回日韓?第1回韓中日複合材料ジョイントシンポジウムにおいて「Relationship Between Effective Thermal Conductivity And Interfacial Thermal Resistance Of Al-AlN And Al-Si Composites」が優れた論文であると評価されたため授与されました。
