The term ‘research’ can be often intimidating. It is, however, the systematic, scientific, and rigorous processes of finding solutions to a problem. The more you understand, the better you manage. This research seminar aims to offer an overview of research paradigms, methodologies, and methods as the core of research design to those who embark on their research journey at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It covers general research process, nature of positivism and interpretivism paradigms, and characteristics of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Let’s find out if you are still intimidated at the end.
